I’m an artist

My name is Maliabeth Johnson and I’m an artist. and I mean artist in every sense of the word. As a little girl I was a ballerina, then in college I studied & received my degree in music composition and opera. At 11 years old I landed my first national commercial as an actress and never looked back. You may recognize me from shows like Mad Men, American Horror Story. Arrested Development or as Miriam Gergich from Parks & Recreation. Two years ago I took on my most challenging role yet, mom to two incredibly smart energetic, strong girls! So while I continue to be an actress, currently I’m raising our two girls (in the middle of a global pandemic) and getting back to my earliest passion, now business.  Painting.  I hope you’ll commission me to paint your loved one, furry friend, favorite athlete or your favorite home.

It is incredibly important to me to keep working and maintain a strong individual identity. I hope you like my artwork as much as my past clients and help spread the word as I grow this lifelong passion into a business .
